Libraries
The Town of Hartford supports four public libraries. All residents and visitors are welcome to use any and all libraries. Library users have access to items in all the collections (which can readily be transferred among sites).Other amenities include:

- programs and assistance
- Free membership card that works at all Hartford libraries!
