INTRODUCTION

The Town of Hartford requests proposals for interior wall patch repair, painting and installation of commercial

SCOPE OF SERVICES

This request for proposal includes all the labor, material, equipment, and all other services to complete interior

painting at the Town of Hartford-Town Hall, located at 171 Bridge Street, White River Junction, VT 05001. The

scope includes:

1. The repair of surface damage to drywall corners.

2. Sealing repaired surfaces.

3. Painting of the first floor which includes: Room 2, Selectboard Chambers, Lobby, Hallway, Bathrooms.

Sections of the drywall and stairwell railing and entry metal doors to be included.

4. Existing color palette list available upon inspection with a decision on the paint finish and color of high

traffic areas during the site tour.

5. Installation of 75 commercial 1.5” by 1.5” by 48” winged vinyl corner protectors. Color to be

determined.
