ACT 148 (Universal Recycling Law) – Materials Management Plan Survey (SWIP)

  1. The State developed this survey to measure the change in household practices in handling recyclables, yard waste, food scraps, household hazardous waste, e-waste and construction and demolition debris over the next 5 years. A similar survey will be conducted in the spring of 2021 for comparison. The survey results will be filed with the Vermont Waste Management Division. Submit survey by April 10, 2016.
