Shall the Selectboard be authorized to pledge the credit of the Town of Hartford through the issuance of general obligation bonds or notes in an aggregate amount not to exceed $900,000, for the purpose of funding public parking and storm water and sanitary sewer infrastructure improvements in the White River Junction Tax Increment Financing District, and for reimbursing eligible related costs, and to pledge and appropriate the District’s tax increment in the amount of $900,000 for the payment of such bonds and notes and for making such reimbursements.
