The successful candidate will perform supervisory and administrative tasks of the Highway Department; serve as highway site foreman; work as equipment operator on a limited basis, with a focus on complex/highly skilled operations in all seasons.
Minimum qualifications include: High school diploma; 8+ years of relevant technical and supervisory experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired; broad base of knowledge and skills related to highway maintenance and construction operations. Must possess or be able to obtain a CDL License.
This is a full time position starting at $22.91/hr. with benefits that include health and dental insurance, uniform boot allowance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
