This position is responsible for professional, managerial, administrative and technical work, in developing, directing and overseeing engineering and construction projects, capital plans, and other such duties as required by the Department. A successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Four years of experience in the construction or utilities industry is preferred.
