This position is responsible for professional, managerial, administrative and technical work, in developing, directing and overseeing engineering and construction projects, capital plans, and other such duties as required by the Department. A successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree with a major course in civil engineering, project management, or a closely related field with four years of experience in the construction or utilities industry. Experience in working with municipal, state, or federal government is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD is required. Starting salary is dependent on qualifications.
