The Town of Hartford Public Works Department is requesting proposals (RFP’s) for the Design of a new water main, sewer main, retaining wall and road for South Main Street and Gates Street located in White River Junction, VT. The Town is also seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ’s) for the engineering planning and design of the drainage on South Main Street and Gates Street.
