The University of New Hampshire Survey Center conducted a survey of Hartford community members about their opinion of
the town and what the town's budgetary priorities should be in the future. In September, 2016 surveys were sent to all
six-thousand six hundred and thirty (6,630) addresses and Post Office boxes in the Town of Hartford. A reminder postcard was
sent out and additional surveys were available at different town locations and provided to residents at the polls on election day
in order to boost participation. Nine hundred and thirty-one (931) residents and community members completed the survey. Follow the link to view the complete Hartford Community Survey Report.
