Human Resources provides leadership to and works in partnership with all Town Departments to promote workforce excellence while fostering an understanding and observance of statutory requirements.

  • Attract, retain, and reward a talented and diverse workforce in a professional, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
  • Consult and work in partnership with management to solve people-related issues. Develop policies to build the capabilities of our employees and prepare for the future.
  • Benefits administration, employee and labor relations, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, compensation, employment verification, workers' compensation, leave administration.
