Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) programs are for both residents and small businesses. Residents can come to our HHW Collections at no charge. Businesses are charged direct costs only and must pre-register by calling the Town of Hartford at 802-295-2673 or Greater Upper Valley Solid Waste Management District at 802-674-4474.
